The full-automatic wire packaging line is designed to handle off-line wire packaging, which typically involves packaging wire that has already been produced.

The line includes a Stand Drawing Device, which allows the system to automatically count the length of wire needed for each coil. This information is then used to create coils of a specific length using an automatic coil making process.

The system then uses an Automatic strapping mechanism with PET/PP materials to secure the coils with 2 or 4 straps, ensuring that they remain intact during transportation and storage.

Power conveyors are then used to move the coils into the wrapper machine, which packages the coils according to the desired specifications. This ensures that the coils are properly protected during transportation and storage.

Finally, the system includes an Automatic stacking system, which uses a hook mechanism that can move up and down, as well as left and right, to hold each coil as it moves onto a discharging trolley. This mechanism ensures that the coils are stacked and arranged for unloading in an efficient and organized manner.

The steel wire rewinding machine would be responsible for taking a large spool or reel of steel wire and rewinding it into smaller coils or spools of a specific size or length. Once the wire is rewound, the coils would then be moved into the wire coil wrapping machine.
